We have lived near here for many years, but avoided the place due to the unfriendly atmosphere. Ever since Jeremy took over, the place has transformed into a truly “Friendly Confines”. We absolutely love it here! We have become regulars and enjoy the friendship of many of the wait staff. Thank you Jeremy for making Friendly Confines our favorite place!

Such a cool place to go for bar food and drinks. The staff is super friendly and the prices aren’t bad. They have Karaoke!! Has plenty of outdoor seating that have heaters for when it’s chilly. I’m not from Florida but this is my second year being down in Lake Mary and Friendly’s never disappoints. The platter pictured was phenomenal. Everything was cooked perfectly. I’d definitely get it again with my side of of Fireball and Angry Orchard!

Friendly Confines?.... not at 5:30 on a Monday evening. I was craving wings and an opportunity to watch some playoff baseball. I walked into the place and saw 5 people sitting at a bar that holds 30+. I sat down at the bar and waited. The bartender was engaged in conversation with the other 4 patrons at the bar. So I waited. 2 different waitresses came behind the bar to get drinks, but neither acknowledged my presence, asked if I had been taken care of, or if I needed anything. I understand at 6'5" 280lbs I could be easy to miss. (Sarcasm added for content) So I waited. At 5:38 I got up from my barstool and walked out the door still hungry. Come to find out....there are a lot of other places that have chicken wings and playoff baseball.

Oh my goodness what a wonderful bar and restaurant and what a great experience! Such wonderful people and the manager Jeremy is an absolute gem! Couldn’t recommend it enough ❤️

We love Friendlies!!! Being originally from Chicago what’s not to love about the decor and atmosphere!!! You have to try their Philly cheese steak and their Chicken Parm sandwiches … absolutely awesome!!!
